Genovad collects account, profile, organization, opportunity, proposal, communication, device, and security information needed to operate and protect the marketplace.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide marketplace features, match buyers and suppliers, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, support users, and improve the service.
Visibility
Public profiles and public opportunity information may be visible outside your organization. Proposals, private listings, evaluation data, and restricted documents are limited to authorized participants.
Service providers
Genovad uses infrastructure, database, storage, and email providers to operate the service. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.
External links
Third-party procurement sites control their own information practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information outside Genovad.
Choices
You may update your profile and organization information from account settings and may request export or deletion subject to legal, security, and contractual retention requirements.
