Marketplace role
Genovad provides tools for companies and professionals to publish, discover, and respond to procurement opportunities. Genovad is not a party to agreements between buyers and suppliers unless expressly stated.
Accurate information
You must provide accurate account, company, opportunity, and proposal information and keep it current. You may not impersonate another person or organization.
Acceptable use
You may not use Genovad for fraud, unlawful activity, spam, malicious files, unauthorized data collection, interference with the service, or attempts to bypass access controls.
External opportunities
Some listings link to third-party websites. Those opportunities are managed by the issuing organization and are subject to its own terms, privacy practices, deadlines, and submission rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Genovad permission to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service and respect the visibility settings you choose.
Enforcement
Genovad may restrict or remove accounts, listings, or content that violate these terms, create security risk, or harm marketplace integrity.
